Iron Storage’s RV park sits on our property at 130 Broadway of America in Holdenville, the seat of Hughes County and an easy hop off US‑270 and Highway 48. Every site is a generous 12 ft × 50 ft gravel pad with full water, sewer, and electric hookups — 30-amp and 50-amp service at every site — and unlike most monthly RV parks, we pay the utility bills. What you’re quoted is what you pay. There are 13 sites in total, so it stays quiet.
Most monthly RV parks quote you a low base rate and then meter your electric on top of it. Run the air conditioning through an Oklahoma summer and that “cheap” site stops being cheap in a hurry.

No. There are no restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities at the park, so sites suit self-contained rigs with their own bathroom. There is a dumpster on site for trash, and the property is monitored by security cameras 24/7.
There is no gate. The property is covered by security cameras monitored around the clock, and the RV sites share the lot with our self storage facility, so there is regular activity during the day.
